Sales Unit Manager
The Sales Unit Manager directs, trains, provides leadership for the sales unit team towards the achievement of the set targets and budget and follows up on their performance, in line with Boecker® vision and values while ensuring the proper growth of the unit’s lines of business (LOBs).
The SUM also prospects for new clients, plans persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with Boecker®, and provides support that will continually improve the sales team’s performance leading to new clients and retention of existing clients.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Food Science or any relevant field. At least 6 years of experience is required in Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in relevant markets. Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
The Sales Consultant inspects the market and sells Boecker® services and products through highly dynamic prospecting, solid relationship building, client presentations, proposal pricing and writing, contract negotiation, and efficient marketing tools and activities.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology or any relevant field. At least 2 years of experience in required in outdoor Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in the chosen market. A local driving license is a must.
The Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the Sales Team to ensure a smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the UAE. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
Food Safety Consultant
The Food Safety Consultant designs, initiates and implements Boecker® Food Safety systems efficiently to represent the company and attend to clients’ needs by providing high quality services to its clients at all times while guaranteeing Boecker® value of Excellence.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or Food Sciences or Environmental Health or Nutrition, and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance/Training in the local market. Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must. A local driving license is essential.
The Operations Officer ensures effective appointment scheduling, team dispatching, and execution of the pest management services as per Boecker® standards. The Operations Officer also works with a client-oriented attitude in order to offer an exceptional client experience.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Agriculture or Environmental Science, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
The Operations Coordinator supports all operations officers in the unit for smooth-running of the day-to-day operations and an exceptional client service to ensure proper execution of the pest management services as per Boecker® standards.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Environmental Science or equivalent or equivalent and have at least 1 years of relevant experience preferably in the UAE. Proficiency in English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
Collection Senior Officer
The Collection Senior Officer receives and handles the accounting of funds paid to Boecker® and contributes in in the Collection Unit activities to achieve stated/agreed upon targets and standards for collection and cash flow performance.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivables. Proficiency in English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
The Collection Coordinator handles the collection of payments from clients, the delivery of documents, in addition to internal and external administrative tasks of the Finance and Accounting Department. The Collection Coordinator also supports the collection unit members in their tasks. Candidate must hold a High School Diploma and have at least 3 years of experience in money collection. Basic Knowledge in Arabic and English is a must.
Human Resources and Administration Officer
The Human Resources and Administration Officer. The Human Resources and Administration Officer manages day-to-day operations in the HR department including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits as well as Employees’ Relations. In addition, the HR and Administration Officer handles the Administration department including Travel Logistics, Office Management and Facilities Management. Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
Executive Assistant to Country Manager
The Executive Assistant to Country Manager provides administrative and management assistance functions including but not limited to planning the CM’s schedules and meetings, assisting in time management activities, organizing data, ensuring quality control of all correspondence, making local and international travel arrangements, and scheduling and maintaining information in an efficient advanced filing.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
The Accountant at Boecker® performs general accounting duties such as journal entries and inventory count by utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures. This role assists the finance and accounting department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization. Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Finance, or Accounting and have at least 1 year of experience in accounting.
The Warehouse Officer plans, organizes and monitors the receipt, storage and dispatch of all items received from local or international suppliers, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation, so parts and supplies are located and dispatched to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner to satisfy internal and external customers’ requirements. Candidate must hold a High School Diploma, Technical Diploma or equivalent degree and have at least 2 years of Warehouse or Stock Keeping experience.
