The Sales Consultant inspects the market and sells Boecker® services and products through highly dynamic prospecting, solid relationship building, client presentations, proposal pricing and writing, contract negotiation, and efficient marketing tools and activities.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology or any relevant field. At least 2 years of experience in required in outdoor Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in the chosen market. A local driving license is a must.
Operations Unit Manager
The Operations Unit Manager leads and motivates the operations unit team, allocates resources properly, communicates feedback and manages day-to-day operations activities to achieve desired results and offer an unbeatable client service while guaranteeing Boecker® value of Excellence.
Candidate must hold a must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Agribusiness or Environmental Science, and have a minimum of 4 years of experience, 2 of which are in a senior role. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
The Operations Officer ensures effective appointment scheduling, team dispatching, and execution of the pest management services as per Boecker® standards. The Operations Officer also works with a client-oriented attitude in order to offer an exceptional client experience.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Agriculture or Environmental Science, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
The Operations Coordinator supports all operations officers in the unit for smooth-running of the day-to-day operations and an exceptional client service to ensure proper execution of the pest management services as per Boecker® standards.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Environmental Science or equivalent or equivalent and have at least 1 years of relevant experience preferably in the local market. Proficiency in English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
Technical Engineering Officer
The Technical Engineering Officer (TEO) provides Pest Management technical information support to field technicians, operations staff and clients, handles technical deficiencies at clients’ premises, follows up on improving them and ensures the proper execution of services using the proper chemicals and tools.
The TEO also delivers effective technical training sessions to Boecker® internal and external clients.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Environmental Science or Entomology, and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is a must.
Executive Assistant to Country Manager
The Executive Assistant to Country Manager provides administrative and management assistance functions including but not limited to planning the CM’s schedules and meetings, assisting in time management activities, organizing data, ensuring quality control of all correspondence, making local and international travel arrangements, and scheduling and maintaining information in an efficient advanced filing.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
Food Safety Consultant
The Food Safety Consultant designs, initiates and implements Boecker® Food Safety systems efficiently to represent the company and attend to clients’ needs by providing high quality services to its clients at all times while guaranteeing Boecker® value of Excellence.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or Food Sciences or Environmental Health or Nutrition, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance/Training in the local market. Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must. A local driving license is essential.
The Administration Coordinator assists in streamlining the company’s workflow as the link between various departments, employees, suppliers and clients. The Administration Coordinator handles the front-office operations by performing administrative and clerical duties, as well as assisting co-workers when needed.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
The Warehouse Coordinator assists in planning and organizing the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received from local or international suppliers, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
Candidate must hold a High School Diploma, Technical Diploma or equivalent and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Basic Knowledge of English is a must.
