JOB SUMMARY:

Collection Officer
The Collection Officer participates in planning the Collection Unit activities to achieve stated/agreed upon targets and standards for collection and cash flow performance. The role is also responsible for invoicing and following up with clients.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.

Sales Consultant
The Sales Consultant’s role is to inspect the market and sell Boecker® services and products through highly effective prospecting, dynamic public relations, and efficient marketing tools and activities.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology or any relevant field. At least 2 years of experience, in outdoor Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in the chosen market, is also required. Local driving license is a must.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for the whole operations activities at all levels: people’s management and development, customer service, resources optimization and reporting feedback to management. The role includes hiring the suitable team members, executing the signed contracts of Boecker® services with excellence, implementing a solid customer service system that guarantees clients’ satisfaction and ultimately contract renewals.
Candidate must hold a must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Agriculture or Environmental Science, and have a minimum of 6 years of experience, 2 of which in a senior role. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.

Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the Sales Team to ensure a smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the UAE. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.

Operations Officer

The Operations Officer works with clients and the team in a Client-Oriented attitude in order to offer an exceptional Client Service and respond to client needs.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Agriculture, Environmental Science, and have minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.

Client Service Officer

The Client Service Officer has a client-oriented attitude that would provide exceptional client service and attendance to clients’ needs and requests. The CSO follows up on clients’ pest programs, schedules treatments, handles call-backs and ensures client satisfaction through courtesy calls.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.

Technical Engineering Officer

The Technical Engineering Officer cooperates with all Operations Units to achieve desired results in alignment with the Pest Management Operations workflow and the company’s strategy. This role is also responsible for handling client’s technical problem if any, and conducting technical training when and where needed.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Entomology, and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is a must.

Executive Assistant to Country Manager

The Executive Assistant to Country Manager provides administrative and management assistance functions including but not limited to planning the CM’s schedules and meetings, assisting in time management activities, organizing data, ensuring quality control of all correspondence, making local and international travel arrangements, and scheduling and maintaining information in an efficient advanced filing.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.

Public Health Consultant

The Public Health Consultant’s role is to design, initiate and implement in a timely manner Health and Safety systems and services provided by Boecker® and represent the company by providing high quality services to clients at all times.
Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Public Health or equivalent and have at least 2 years of experience in Health and Safety or Public Health. Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must. Local driving license is essential.

Food Safety Consultant

The Food Safety Consultant designs, initiates and implements in a timely manner safe food systems adopted by Boecker® and represent the company by providing high quality services to clients at all times.
Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Environmental Science, and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance/Training in the local market. Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must. Local driving license is essential.

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant monitors the business activities of the organization through the maintenance of ledgers and the control of books of accounts. This position is responsible for performing properly accounting duties and responsibilities according to the local accounting standards and Boecker® internal policies and procedures.
Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting and have at least 4 years of market experience in accounting or accounts payable and payroll.
